| :Send me some links if you've done the research already. I just want to understand... why we keep considering upgrading the entire system, including doing motor swaps, and all kinds of shit but not continuously variable valves? A continuously variable valve setup is not a simple bolt on deal. The cylinder head would need to be redesigned from the ground up to support this technology :Maybe it's too difficult, too risky, to complex but I haven't heard anyone say that yet. Isn't continuously variable technology available on almost all new high-end cars? Yes, but it would be too difficult and expensive to implement on the VG30 :BTW, I successfully swapped out the front upper control arms on the TT today. Next stop, HICAS ball joints. I need to save these tires from the St. Louis camber/toe-in debacle :-) Good to hear. Have you checked for the possibility of the tire rubbing on anything? From the pics it looked as if the tire had been cut rather than worn.
